Additional Pictures from Epstein's Property Released by Democratic US Lawmakers

Property blueprints for the financier's secluded tropical island featured within the released materials.

Furthermore contained in this latest image disclosure appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.

Jeffrey Epstein purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

These photos reveal he had drawn up plans to transform the sprawling island by constructing homes, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a pool.

You can see the plan is a local waterway, a strait in the region, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.

The architectural drawing is annotated in handwritten red notes and contains a legend detailing different areas of the property.

Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be nine other construction diagrams and construction drawings, such as plans for boat shelters.

Additional materials made public as part of the current oversight disclosure.
